Q: Can I use the PowerPack 20K or PowerPack 20K Pro to connect my iPhone or iPad to a flash drive or external drive?
A: If you have an iPad Pro or iPad Air with a USB-C port, you can simply double-press the side button on the PowerPack to turn on hub mode, then connect your iPad Pro or Air via a USB-C to USB-C cable, and plug in your external drive to one of the USB-A ports.
If you have an iPhone or iPad with a Lightning port, the PowerPack's hub mode will not connect your iPhone or iPad to a flash drive or external drive even if you use a Lightning to USB-C cable. Instead of the PowerPack, you can use a Lightning to USB Camera adapter. Once the flash drive is connected, files can be accessed using the Files app under Locations.
