Can the PowerPack 10000 be recharged through a computer port?

Q: The PowerPack isn't charging or holding charge when it's plugged into a computer. Are there any problems with charging through computer?

A: Computer USB ports don't work consistently, because they were initially designed for data. Some older computers may not deliver charge properly to the PowerPack. Our battery packs have multiple layers of protection, so keeping them plugged into the computer won't harm them. But it would be better to charge the PowerPack through a normal power adapter like the stock iPhone or Samsung Galaxy plug. A fast charging power adapter like ZMI's Quick Charge 3.0 charger should work better as well.
